The Past

In March 1991 Palmer & Webb Systems Ltd., a software development company specialising in UNISYS products and services, formed a training division called Palmer & Webb Education Services. In 1993 this division merged with Education Training Consultancy Services Ltd to form Palmer & Webb/ETCS Partnership.

In 1994, a separate limited company was formed called Moebius Business Training Ltd. which was owned 50/50 by the two parent companies, ETCS Ltd and Palmer & Webb Systems Ltd. In November 1996, Palmer & Webb Systems Ltd bought 100% of the shares of ETCS Ltd.

Palmer & Webb Systems were then acquired by the US-based Zitel Group, together with Datametrics Systems Corporation (U.S.) and Palmer & Webb Systems B.V. (Holland). Zitel Group relaunched as Fortel Inc. in May 2000.

In January 2001, the current management team completed a Management Buyout of Moebius Business Training Ltd. to form Moebius (UK) Ltd.

The Present

Moebius has retained its strong links with Unisys, being one of the only training companies in the UK to provide accredited Unisys training courses, and in January 2005 Moebius took over responsibility from Unisys for their training in the Nordic countries.

Moebius have always provided general IT training, both to end users and technical IT staff, and have developed an enviable training methodology that focuses training on an individual's business needs.

Moebius also provides a wide range of Personal and Management Development skills training, and specialises in all aspects of Project Management
