Project Training
In today's ever changing business environment managing a project is a skill that is no longer the preserve of just the Project Manager.
There are various other roles that also benefit from having these skills:
- The Technician who needs to gather clear requirements.
- The HR Manager who needs to plan a recruitment campaign.
- The Marketing Manager who needs to organise a successful conference.
- The Training Manager with a new programme to implement for key staff.
- The Office Manager with a new system to implement across the company's different locations
Our Innovative 3 Step Approach In recognising this fact we have developed the following 3 steps to providing a totally integrated approach to Project Management training for your company.
Step 1 - Understand your Business Challenges
The best way to provide effective development in any business is to start by understanding the business challenges you face. With that understanding we then work together to identify the best solutions.
Step 2 - Conduct Innovative Training that is useful the very next day
We tackle the identified Business Challenges by taking our core training modules and tailoring them to meet your needs. Delegates bring real life issues to formal training sessions. We (facilitators and often other delegates) work on the problems in the classroom to find solutions to what are today's problems as part of the course exercises. Delegates also get the opportunity to develop tools that they will use upon return to the workplace. This enables better management of their projects.
Step 3 - Provide Ongoing Support and Coaching for continued learning
But effective training isn't just about the classroom. Our facilitators follow up with a coaching and mentoring programme. Actively contacting past delegates, we discuss how they have used the skills they learnt, how it affected their performance and their contribution to the business.
